The Executive tier is for guests who want a thorough preventive day (or two) with metabolic, cardiac, hormonal panels as indicated, ECG/echo, lung function, and imaging such as ultrasound or CT/MRI only when clinically appropriate. You leave with results explained and a written English report. Indicative total range across tiers is about $150–600; Executive sits toward the upper end. Atithi Health is a medical travel facilitator, not a healthcare provider. Clinical care is delivered by independent licensed partner clinics — TODO(founder): add partner. Optional same-trip add-ons: dental or eye assessment when you request them in your plan. How the day runs (typical): fasting arrival → samples and scans → breakfast → consultations → results review within 24–48 hours → English report.

Are you a hospital?
No. Atithi Health (Atithi Care Travel LLP) is a medical travel facilitator. Clinical care is provided by independent licensed partner hospitals and clinics. We coordinate hospitality, travel and communication under Atithi Devo Bhava — the guest is God — we do not diagnose or treat you ourselves.
Are prices fixed?

How do I pay? Who pays the hospital, and when?
Clinical fees are usually paid directly to the treating provider as they instruct. Atithi invoices hospitality and coordination separately when used. Timing is written into your plan. TODO(founder): confirm payment rails per partner.
