Clear pathways into India — without the guesswork
We help with invitation support and practical arrival logistics. Visa decisions rest with the Government of India. Atithi Health is a medical travel facilitator, not a healthcare provider.
Confirm eligibility on the official e-Visa portal before you book flights.

Patient pathway
Step 1
e-Medical visa
For most treatment pathways. The partner hospital issues the invitation letter through the Government portal; we help gather paperwork. Always confirm eligibility on the official Government of India e-Visa website.

Companion pathway
Step 2
Attendant visa
Companions usually apply in the attendant category — often up to two attendants linked to the patient. Confirm current rules on the official e-Visa site before you book flights.

Wellness pathway
Step 3
e-AYUSH visa
Accredited AYUSH centres can issue the invitation for doctor-supervised programmes such as Panchakarma. Companions use the attendant category where applicable. Short yoga holidays sometimes use tourist entry — we confirm the right pathway for your itinerary.

Step 4
Landing & local help
When airport welcome is in your plan: meet-and-greet, local SIM assistance, hotel check-in, and transfers to every appointment. Wheelchair assistance can be arranged on request.
Before you apply
A short paperwork checklist
Your coordinator gathers what the partner hospital or AYUSH centre needs for the invitation. Final visa approval is always with the Government of India.
- Valid passport with enough blank pages
- Recent photograph as per e-Visa specs
- Partner hospital / AYUSH invitation when required
- Treatment summary or reports your coordinator requests
- Return flight details once your plan is confirmed
- Companion details if applying for attendant visas
